Do you offer gift certificates and gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift certificates are available in multiple denominations by calling us at (212) 464-7605. Gift-wrapping is available for $5.00. Order gift certificates here.
What about International Orders?
We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Free shipping offers and coupons apply only to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. All prices are in US dollars. Payment must be made in US dollars.
What is your return policy?
Pure Boy Clothes wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We will happily accept a return within 14 days after you received the item for a complete refund,
less shipping cost. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. After 14 days, all returns are store credit or exchange only. Contact
us at Returns@PureBoyClothes.com.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit after 30 days from our ship date.
Items must be returned to Pure Boy Clothes in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
The following merchandise cannot be returned - underwear, bathing suits, handmade and custom items. If your order was damaged during shipment or you received an item in error, please contact
us at Returns@PureBoyClothes.com for return instructions. Pure Boy Clothes reserves the right to issue a store credit or replace
the item at our discretion. Some items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise.
When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return.
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Pure Boys Clothes.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after item is received. You will receive a notification by email to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.
We strongly recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number before returning items as any returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is based on shipping address, not billing address. Sales tax will be charged only for shipping addresses within New York State. Shipments within the five boroughs of New York City
will be charged state and local sales tax FOR INDIVIDUAL CLOTHING ITEMS OVER $110. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of New York State. Sales tax and shipping are calculated during
checkout so you know your total cost before submitting your order.

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada via USPS or UPS. Residents of Manhattan, NY may contact us and request same day delivery during the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM via messenger
service. The availability and cost of this service varies based on your location, so please call us to determine the actual cost. External circumstances may prevent us from honoring all requests
for same day courier service.
How can I track my order?
An email will be sent to you once your order is received and another is sent when it is shipped. You may

What happens if there is something wrong with my order?
